About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Paralegal to join our Serious Injury team in Bristol and Cardiff. As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced solicitors in handling complex and sensitive cases involving serious injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support case handlers in the running of cases, including taking instructions from clients, obtaining and reviewing evidence, and assisting with litigation processes.
  • Contribute to the administrative elements of case progression, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of cases.
  • Meet time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, engaging with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant law and practice, attending training events to ensure best practice.
  • Engage in Business Development activities, as required.

  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting clients through challenging personal circumstances.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude, with the ability to work regularly across two office locations and remotely.
