Your new role with our clientOur company is seeking an experienced Wills Writer and Estates Planning Paralegal to join their well-established department. This home working position involves some travel to one of their offices nationally, offering a flexible and agile working environment. You can adjust your location to suit your personal circumstances. Our client offers internal trainee solicitor programmes (with a lean toward estate planning), along with lots of opportunity for progression.

In this role, you'll manage estate planning cases end to end, drafting and taking instructions on a variety of wills and associated estate planning documents. You'll communicate with clients remotely, providing an outstanding service and case resolution. You'll gain exposure to a variety of cases, allowing you to build on your knowledge within a supportive team. You will:

  • Document and write wills of various complexity, write powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and professionally written.
  • Communicate with clients and external partners via phone and written communication throughout each case.
  • Manage an incoming case load and work with those parties involved towards the successful completion of a case.

About youThese roles are open to experienced private client paralegals with experience in drafting wills and advising clients regarding estate planning matters. You will be an experienced paralegal or will writer with previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters. You should also have the ability to build positive relationships with clients and always be looking to give excellent customer care.
