Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with SEMH needs in a primary school setting
  • Develop trusting relationships with pupils, encouraging and supporting their learning
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver effective educational programs

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior experience working with young people, particularly those with autism or social communication difficulties
  • Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor in challenging situations
