We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor at Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd. based in Ellesmere Port.

Compensation Package: £280 per day worked

About the Job:

  • The successful candidate will conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective measures.
  • The individual will investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, documenting findings and implementing changes to prevent future occurrences.
  • They will ensure that all relevant environmental regulations and permits are complied with, including regular reporting to regulatory authorities.
  • The Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor will design and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for staff, contractors, and visitors, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
  • They will provide expert guidance and support to all employees on HSE matters, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely.
  • The candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing control measures to mitigate risks associated with the facility's operations.
  • In the event of an emergency, the Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor will serve as a key contact, providing leadership and coordination.

Requirements:

  1. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the energy from waste, renewable energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
