The Charalle Group is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing corporate and company secretarial matters
  • Creation and maintenance of company statutory books and records
  • Managing company secretarial database
  • Companies House filings
  • Processing company incorporations
  • Preparing Companies House forms and routine company secretarial documents
  • Managing registered office post
  • Administering company secretarial client matters
  • Undertaking post completion work on corporate matters
  • Generating new work opportunities and assisting others in doing so

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date legal knowledge
