Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Air Conditioning

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive HVAC maintenance across various sites in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to heating systems, including PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • Identifying and reporting non-repairable faults in plant and machinery.
  • Completing maintenance tasks to the highest standards, while adhering to company Health and Safety Policy.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Carrying out surveys and completing reports as required by management.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Commercial Gas/Heating Engineer with experience across multi-sites.
  • NVQ Level 3 – Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services/Heat & Ventilation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands-on, can-do, and flexible approach to work.
