As a Stress Testing Manager, you will be responsible for steering and shaping our stress testing activities to ensure that our processes and tools are effectively identifying and quantifying material risks to our organization.

Your key responsibilities will include: driving regulatory framework changes, embedding robust governance and controls, engaging with local regulators, liaising with Corporate Strategy and Finance teams, scrutinizing and validating ICAAP outputs, and clearly explaining stress testing results to senior stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of cross-risk disciplines, principles, and methodologies, as well as a deep appreciation of our operating environment. You will also need to have experience of executing stress testing analytics, effective risk control frameworks, and knowledge of regulatory capital requirements, assets models, and assessment practices.
