We are seeking a skilled Dairy Technician to join our team at Project Start Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and first-time fixes of milking plant breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service, install, and attend breakdowns of milking equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of milking parlours.
- Carry out installation work as needed.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organised work environment.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is GBP30,000 per annum, which is competitive and offers annual reviews. In addition, we offer employer-contributory pension and death in service cover, share plan, division cross-sell incentive scheme, staff accounts available at discounted prices, additional holiday entitlement after a certain number of years, and company sick pay after a qualifying period.
Working Hours
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 weekends on-call rota (once trained).
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a background in mechanics with a focus on electrical work, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, positive attitude, effective communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritise workload, highly organised, flexible, and adaptable to changing tasks and situations, attention to customer requirements and detail, and team player skills. You must also possess a full UK driving licence.
