Support Practitioner

As a Support Practitioner with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and supporting individuals with various needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, social support, and personal care. You will work closely with our team to provide a recovery-based model of support, helping individuals to maintain their wellbeing and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as showering, dressing, and cooking
* Provide social support, including planning and attending outings to community events and activities
* Administer and monitor medication, as required
* Assist with personal care, including incontinence care and arranging visits with professionals
Requirements:
* A driving license is required for all available roles
* Ability to work weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers, as required
