About the Spa Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Kilnwick Percy Resort & Golf Club in Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy
  • Previous salon experience (desired)
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

The successful Spa Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Performing a range of treatments, including massage and beauty therapies
  • Answering queries and booking appointments
  • Ensuring the salon is appealing to guests
  • Actively promoting the spa
  • Upselling beauty products and treatments where appropriate
