**Retail Sales Person**:

We are seeking a person with a real passion for outstanding service and creating lasting memories for our customers. A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, along with a natural ability for striking up conversations with a diverse range of customers. You will need to work hard to develop excellent product knowledge to share with our customers to ensure that you can advise on every type of enquiry. It’s a varied role, and you will be involved in all aspects of the customer's journey, from ensuring the store looks its best and general housekeeping, to looking after our customers whether it be advising on fabrics or making them drinks, right through to taking orders, processing them, following up enquiries, arranging balances, finance, and delivery, as well as providing an excellent aftersales experience.

You will have great communication skills and be able to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers and our team. Much of the time, you will be working independently, so being self-motivated and driven to work towards reasonable targets is crucial.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively approach customers and prioritize customer engagement.
- Work with our suppliers to ensure that our customer orders are serviced correctly.
- Develop expert knowledge of all products throughout the store.
- Liaise closely with customers and manufacturers to quickly and efficiently resolve aftersales issues.
- Communicate with customers at all stages of their purchase, including product enquiries and aftersales.
- General housekeeping to insure store always looks its best.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team regarding service issues, deliveries, access checks, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in face to face retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours, Salary, and Benefits**:
We offer a very competitive basic salary along with uncapped pooled commission. Expected and realistic OTE of 28K-30K per annum, although this is uncapped, so potential to increase.

We also offer shorter working days on the Bank Holiday days we open. Paid eye tests and annual flu jab. Pension scheme. Generous store discounts to all members of the team and their families.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
