Job Overview

Ventro Group is a leading provider of fire-safety services and net zero retrofit solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our internal IT support team, working closely with our NetSuite system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with previous experience of working with NetSuite systems. They will be responsible for administering and maintaining the internal system, including user roles and permissions, customisation, configuration, and workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Work on NetSuite developments to support the group's growth and strategy
  • Administer and maintain the internal system, including user roles and permissions, customisation, configuration, and workflows
  • First line system support, Assisting with problem resolutions - Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware and networking issues
  • Assist with month-end reporting
Requirements
  • Previous experience of NetSuite
  • Possess a motivated, driven, and positive can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business requirements
