Personal Support Assistant - Live-in Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Support Assistant to join our team in Blackpool. As a live-in carer, you will provide tailored support and companionship to meet the needs of your clients, ensuring their independence and well-being.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide daily care and support to individuals in their own homes, including assistance with personal care, managing medical conditions such as dementia, stroke and Parkinson's, and administering medication. You will also be responsible for cooking, cleaning, and ensuring the smooth running of the household.

A minimum of 6 months' professional care experience is required, and a driver's licence is an advantage but not essential. Our UK travel expenses policy ensures that you will be reimbursed for all travel costs incurred while on placement. We offer a competitive salary of £21,000 - £24,500 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits.

You will be matched with a client based on your skills and experience, and any shared interests. This will enable you to provide high-quality, person-centred care and build meaningful relationships with your clients.
