Job Overview:
Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires a caring individual who can build strong relationships with our clients and support them with their daily needs.

About the Role:
We are offering a competitive salary of £12-£12.40 per hour, depending on the shift. Our part-time and full-time positions offer flexible scheduling, including morning, day, evening, and night shifts. You will have every other weekend off for work-life balance. We provide a range of benefits, including guaranteed hours after probation, enhanced bank holiday rates, holiday pay, pension scheme, free DBS/PVG check, company mobile phone, uniform, paid mileage, and access to our wellbeing support services.
