Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Main Responsibilities
This role involves assisting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide companionship and emotional support, assist with mobility and transfers, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping duties. Additionally, you will monitor and record clients' health and well-being, following established care plans and reporting any changes to relevant professionals.

Requirements
A successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience working in a healthcare setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic is highly valued.
