Job Title: Business Support Officer

Location: Waterbeach

Salary: £27,660 to £31,146 per annum (Grade 3)

Contract: 6 months

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative and customer support within the commercial waste sector. This role offers a salary of up to £31,146 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate keyboard and mouse skills to manage tasks such as producing reports, correspondence, presentations, documentation, and data input.
  • Using and interrogating systems to ensure accurate information management.
  • Providing administrative and customer support within the commercial waste sector.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide advice, guidance, and information to a variety of audiences.
  • A solid understanding of customer care and experience in delivering high-quality service.
  • Previous experience in administration, financial, and customer support services.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing and prioritising your workload effectively.
