Clinical Pharmacist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Transformation Unit. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing a high-quality pharmacy service through medicines optimisation, advising on cost-effective care, and attending MDT ward rounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-quality pharmacy service through medicines optimisation and advising on cost-effective care.
  • Attend MDT ward rounds and contribute to the development of pharmacy services.
  • Support the training and development of staff members and vocational students.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in pharmacy and Trust practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Member of General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhc).
  • Graduate with some hospital experience.
  • Evidence of commitment to CPD.
  • Certificate in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent.
