Clinical Pharmacist - Rotational

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team on a rotational basis. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in promoting the safe and effective use of medicines in patients being cared for by our Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-quality pharmacy service through medicines optimisation, advising on cost-effective care and attending MDT ward rounds.
  • Support the training and development of staff members and vocational students.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in pharmacy and Trust practices.

About Us:

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provides hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. Our main hospital site, Croydon University Hospital, is one of the busiest in London.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy
  • Member of General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhc)
  • Graduate with some hospital experience
  • Certificate in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent
