Cedar Recruitment is partnering with a global manufacturing business based in Hull to find a commercially focused Finance Manager. The role will involve leading on financial planning, taking full ownership of the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, as well as ensuring the provision of accurate and timely financial reports to Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement effective financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • P&L Management: Take ownership of profit and loss management, ensuring costs are controlled and revenue is maximised.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Create accurate budgets and forecasts that inform business decisions and strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial finance roles, specifically in manufacturing, and will possess excellent analytical and communication skills. A strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect a range of benefits, including:
