Mpa Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join their team in the Ballymena area, based in Care Homes. This role offers an immediate start and flexible working hours.

This position involves providing high-quality care to meet the social, emotional, and physical needs of patients. The salary for this role is approximately £26-£31 per hour, depending on the shift.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a hospital setting and be able to supervise staff effectively. A sign-up bonus of £1000 is available to new nurses who join our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times, reflecting the social, emotional, and physical needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate records as required by Association and Inspection agencies.
  • Implement Association Policies, Procedures, and Standards among staff.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified RGN/SEN.
  • Current registration on the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
