**Job Overview:**
Mpa Recruitment is seeking a skilled Senior Care Professional to join our team in the Adult Social Care sector. This role involves working as a Care Assistant in Nursing Homes and Hospital settings, providing personal care to residents, assisting with meals, promoting independence, and communicating effectively.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between £11,450 - £20,950 per annum, depending on shift and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Personal Care: Provide a high standard of personal care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Meal Assistance: Assist with meals and record food and fluid intake, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Independence Promotion: Encourage residents to maintain their independence by supporting them with daily tasks and activities.
- Support and Mobility: Provide support with mobility and other daily tasks, ensuring residents' safety and well-being.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents, including making beds as needed.
Requirements:
- 6 months' experience in a similar role, preferably in a Nursing Home or Hospital setting.
- NISCC Registration or willingness to register.
- Willingness to complete training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Access NI checks are mandatory for this position.
