Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise Bar and Restaurant staff

Requirements:
  • Experience at minimum Bar or Floor Supervisor, or F&B Manager level
  • A balanced CV; reliability is crucial
  • Experience covering senior Managers' days off
  • Ability to enthuse and engage junior staff
  • A strong work ethic
  • Means of transport
  • Experience working in varied environments
  • DBS needed for Care-home managers
