Job Opportunity - Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Planning Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-growth environment, supporting the Strategic Partnerships team in delivering tax-advantaged investment solutions to the UK wealth management industry.

About the Role:

This highly varied role involves collaboration with multiple teams, including Sales, Investment Management, and Investor Relations. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, from data analysis and event management to preparing key documentation for clients and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Due Diligence Questionnaires, Product Information Packs, and reports for key client meetings.
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets, analyze data, and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Support the organization and management of events, webinars, and Salesforce campaigns.
  • Provide periodic reports to the Executive Committee and sales management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in an administration or para-planner role.
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, numerate, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, motivated, and adaptable team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task, and calm under pressure.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., Efront, Salesforce).
  • AAT / RO / other professional financial services qualifications.
