Business Development Manager for Aerospace & Defence

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Dmar General Contracting & Development Inc. in the Aerospace & Defence industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth in the Aerospace & Defence sector.
  • Lead generation through various channels, including networking events, LinkedIn, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Client acquisition and proposal development, working closely with the legal team to ensure alignment with clients.
  • Data management and reporting using CRM tools such as Pipedrive.
  • Analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities and preparation of reports and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive.
