Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHCP Coordinator to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined caseload and acting as the named officer in line with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Code of Practice statutory responsibilities and the authority's local policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional, supportive working relationships with key staff in schools and other services in the locality.
  • Ensure all written correspondence and documents are accurate and well-structured, reflecting local and national requirements, including SEN legislation, and are sensitive to the perspective of the recipient.
  • Ensure electronic case files are well-maintained to agreed quality standards and confidentiality in line with the Data Protection Act.
  • Accurately record input and maintain records on a database as required.
Essential Experience
  • Experience of working and liaising with parents, carers, and other agencies in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Experience of managing conflicting demands and priorities, working to tight timescales.
  • Experience of producing reports for a variety of complex audiences.
  • Experience of managing complaints and resolving disagreements.
Working Arrangements

This is a 36-hour per week position, working hours are 08:30am - 17:00pm. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
