About the Role:
Austin Fraser is looking for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to lead their infrastructure project teams. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeframe.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Cost estimation and budgeting for infrastructure projects.
  2. Contract administration, including evaluation of contractor submissions and management of variations.
  3. Cost control and reporting, including monitoring of project financials and cash flow.

Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within infrastructure projects.
  • Proven expertise in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.

Benefits:
