About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Enterprise Change Management to join our team at NFU Mutual. As a key member of our Group Change Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the future of change management within our organization.

As a Strategic Change Leadership Director, you will be responsible for developing and embedding our new Enterprise change strategy and business plans. You will lead a team of change management experts, ensuring that customers, leaders, and end-users are ready, willing, and able to receive the change being delivered.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and embedding an Enterprise approach to Change management
  • Developing an organisational approach to needs analysis, training, change impact assessment, user acceptance testing, and model office
  • Creating a clear communications strategy to ensure people are aware of their role in embedding change
  • Ensuring every project and programme transitions smoothly into the business, realising all benefits

About You

We are looking for a Change Management Strategist with a strong track record of successfully delivering enterprise-led change management solutions. You will have a deep understanding of change management practices and be able to communicate complex information clearly.

Key requirements include:

  • Change Management Certification or business psychology qualification
  • PROSCI Practitioner certification
  • Project or Programme management certification
  • Agile Certification
  • Experience in leading a large team or department
  • Experience of managing budgets, expenditure tracking, and reporting
