About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management professional to join our team as Head of Change Management. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for designing and embedding an Enterprise approach to Change management, ensuring that customers, leaders, and end users are ready, willing, and able to receive the change being delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an organisational approach to needs analysis, training, change impact assessment, user acceptance testing, and a clear communications strategy.
  • Ensure every project and programme transitions smoothly into the business, so all benefits are realised.
  • Lead a large team or department, managing budgets, expenditure tracking and reporting, headcount, and capacity assessment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven change management background, coupled with either delivery and/or Portfolio management/EPMO background, strong relevant technical capability, and a track record of successfully delivering enterprise-led change management solutions.
