About the Role

eRecruitSmart is seeking a highly skilled Centre Support Manager to join Porsche Centre Reading on a Fixed Term Contract for up to 14 months. This key role will ensure the Centre adheres to Porsche's franchise partner and strategy guidelines, working closely with management and being pivotal to the daily operations of the whole Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer relations, including the day-to-day operation of the reception team, ensuring exemplary customer service standards.
  2. Adhere to Porsche's franchise guidelines document relating to Facilities, Mystery shop, Employee Training Records, Marketing, and events, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  3. Manage customer data and marketing event activities.
  4. Create, design, and implement content, and manage social media platforms.
  5. Support management in meetings with employees, performance reviews, audits, and business initiatives.

What We Offer

eRecruitSmart offers a competitive salary up to £40,000 pro rata depending on experience, a bonus of up to 15% of basic salary, paid quarterly, and a range of benefits including private medical insurance, life assurance, and a DC pension scheme.

Requirements

  • Team management experience of receptionists/hosts.
  • A track record of ensuring exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Sound understanding of events management processes.
  • Knowledge/understanding of online digital marketing.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, administration, and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience within a management role in a franchised automotive dealership or hospitality environment.
