About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Support Manager to join our team at Porsche Centre Reading. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relations, including the day-to-day operation of the reception team, ensuring exemplary customer service standards.
  • Adhere to Porsche's franchise guidelines, ensuring strict confidentiality is always maintained.
  • Manage customer data and marketing event activities.
  • Create, design, and implement content, and manage social media platforms.
  • Support management in meetings with employees, performance reviews, audits, and business initiatives.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary up to £40,000 pro rata depending on experience.
  • Bonus of up to 15% of basic salary, paid quarterly during the year.
