International Sales Professional

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven French Territory Development Manager to join our team in St Austell, Cornwall. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for increasing sales within a designated territory (France) while building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a base of new and existing customers to grow sales, manage the full sales cycle, and look after current accounts to increase orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a base of new and existing customers to grow sales
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Be responsible for order processing and quotations
- Look after current accounts to increase orders
- Respond to enquires providing great customer service
- Proactively make outgoing calls to achieve targets
- Identify new opportunities to up and cross sell
- Visit customers and attend trade shows as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Experience in sales beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated, positive, and able to work under pressure
- IT literate (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Able to travel to France to visit customers and attend trade shows when required
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £30,000 per annum basic, with a good commission structure. We also offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working options and opportunities for career development.
