We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our team at Brook Street. The successful candidate will have experience in private client conveyancing and will be responsible for carrying out a variety of secretarial and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out secretarial and administrative duties
  • Travel and diary management
  • Audio typing and transcription
  • Handling correspondence and documentation
  • Maintaining client confidentiality
  • Document management
  • Minute taking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in conveyancing
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience.
