**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Bureau Manager at Travelex Deutschland Gmbh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Travel Service Partners and delivering exceptional customer service to every customer who transacts with us.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for processing daily online FX requests and deliveries, implementing best legal practice and regulatory standards, and driving compliance procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

As a Bureau Manager, you will work closely with our Area Manager to achieve key performance goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for nurturing and mentoring your team to maintain high levels of customer service and enable them to perform to the best of their ability.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus on top of your base salary for hitting targets, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes pension, health insurance, and employee discounts.
