About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team at Bishopstrow. As a key member of our gardening team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our 30-acre estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of gardening projects, including planting, pruning, and harvesting.
  • Work closely with the gardening team to ensure the upkeep of our gardens, greenhouses, and outdoor spaces.
  • Develop and implement sustainable gardening practices to minimize our environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with our chefs to source fresh produce for our kitchen garden restaurant.
  • Participate in the maintenance of our estate's grounds, including lawns, flower beds, and woodland areas.
