Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at ElliotDigital, a multi-award winning retention marketing agency in London. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective email designs that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create email templates and graphics that align with client branding and marketing goals
  • Concept and develop new design ideas that improve open and click-through rates
  • Maintain high standards in design, file naming, and presentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class email marketing services

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of graphic design experience, UI/UX or web design acceptable
  • Experience with Adobe XD/Figma and Photoshop
  • Outstanding communication and design skills
  • Strong foundational graphic design skills; able to work across diverse brand languages and design
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
