About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Writer to join our team as a Medical Writing Director. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading and directing the production of high-quality medical writing content.

As a Medical Writing Director, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement content strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and taking overall responsibility for their involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to drive new business activity and front client relations as appropriate
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience as a Medical Writer in an agency setting, ideally across creative medical writing. You should have experience working with global pharmaceutical companies and creative briefs, as well as working directly with clients.

You will also need a solid scientific background and experience working on a number of therapeutic areas. Learning and understanding new therapy areas quickly and comprehensively is essential, inspiring confidence with the client.
