Special Needs Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Needs Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a support assistant, you will be working closely with children with varying needs, providing one-to-one support to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing patient and professional support to pupils with SEN
- Assisting in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
