At Suitsupply, we're looking for a Style Advisor to join our team at Vigo Street. As a Style Advisor, you'll have a contagious energy and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of your own personal style. You'll be enthusiastic about dressing people and have an opinion to share through genuine and straight-to-the-point communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop your expertise and skillset aligning with brand expectations.
  • Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
  • Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
  • Build relationships to increase client loyalty through Suitsupply's Radically Personal program.
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines.
  • Maintain store standards and operations to company standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
  • Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work Full-time at Vigo Street.
