Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-passionate Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our customers, transmitting the passion for the brand, and helping them find what they are looking for with a kind and helpful attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values.
- Sales: Achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and key performance indicators (KPIs) by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
- Shop Operations: Work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, and daily reports to ensure the point of sale runs smoothly.
- Shop Image: Maintain the shop's appearance by keeping it properly ordered and up to date with the necessary products to offer to customers.
- Cultural Fit: Contribute to a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
