Job DescriptionThe role of Interim Head of Planning and NPD Project Management is a critical position within the company, responsible for managing and owning a monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Global Dry Yeast, Speciality Yeast, Inactive Yeast, Traded Goods and Retail Yeast business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and own a monthly S&OP process for the Global Dry Yeast, Speciality Yeast, Inactive Yeast, Traded Goods and Retail Yeast business.
- Identify risks and opportunities from the S&OP data and communicate these gaps accordingly.
- Manage all S&OP actions from this analysis.
- Collaborate with other AB Mauri colleagues on functional leadership teams to design and implement functional toolkits.
- Use the best practices from these toolkits to improve planning processes and ways of working used by Local Demand and Supply points.
- Lead all GY&F Planning Change Activity using Project Management Ways of Working and line manage and develop the NPD Project Management Function for ABB and GYF.
- Demonstrable experience in supply chain management, ideally with expertise in demand planning, supply planning and S&OP.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive leader with a customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- Project management experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
The successful candidate for this Interim Head of Planning and NPD Project Management will be offered a highly competitive FTC salary plus benefits or interim day rate (inside IR35). The client offers a hybrid working environment and the expectation is to be on-site c. 2-3 days pw.
