About the Role
AB Mauri is a world leader in the supply of yeast and bakery ingredient technology solutions. As a global company with operations in over 30 countries and sales in over 100 countries worldwide, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Interim Head of Planning and NPD Project Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and owning a monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Global Dry Yeast, Speciality Yeast, Inactive Yeast, Traded Goods and Retail Yeast business. This will involve identifying risks and opportunities from the S&OP data and communicating these gaps accordingly, as well as managing all S&OP actions from this analysis.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in supply chain management, ideally with expertise in demand planning, supply planning and S&OP. They will also possess strong project management and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive leadership style with a customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own a monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Global Dry Yeast, Speciality Yeast, Inactive Yeast, Traded Goods and Retail Yeast business.
- Identify risks and opportunities from the S&OP data and communicate these gaps accordingly.
- Manage all S&OP actions from this analysis.
- Collaborate with other AB Mauri colleagues on functional leadership teams to design and implement functional toolkits.
- Use the best practices from these toolkits to improve planning processes and ways of working used by Local Demand and Supply points.
- Using Project Management Ways of Working to lead all GY&F Planning Change Activity, and line manage and develop the NPD Project Management Function for ABB and GYF.
