Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of People and Performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our people and performance strategies, ensuring that our organization remains competitive and effective in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people and performance strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs to ensure the right people are in the right roles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve performance
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements:

  • BSc/PhD level education in a relevant discipline

  • Detailed understanding of drug development and how chemical development contributes to this
  • Technical expertise and understanding of practical synthetic chemistry
