Job Title: Nurse Specialist in Neuromuscular Medicine

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Transformation Unit. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and contribute to the development of innovative treatments for inflammatory neuropathies.

About the Role:
  • This position involves supporting patients living with inflammatory neuropathies who receive treatment with IVIg and Immunosuppression medication.
  • You will work alongside staff to transfer your knowledge and skill set, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication within the team.
Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in delivering Trust Objectives and ensuring that the care delivered within this specialty reflects the Trust Vision and Values. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care, prioritizing their needs and safety.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and participating in audits to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A registered nursing qualification (Part 1, 2 or relevant section of the register).
  • Experience working in a similar specialty, with a minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience.
  • Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
