About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Car Finance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of service to our network partners, monitoring their performance levels, and assisting them when required. You will also be responsible for compiling Quarterly Reviews with designated network partners and attending these reviews remotely when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high standard of service to our network partners to maximize volume and profitability from good quality retail business.
  • Monitor performance levels and assist network partners as needed.
  • Compile Quarterly Reviews with designated network partners and attend these reviews remotely when necessary.
  • Handle network and field team queries, liaising with the relevant department to reach mutually satisfactory outcomes.
  • Monitor Commission disclosure on the Point of Sales system, ensuring our Centre Network remains compliant.
  • Collate, analyze, and produce performance information on a mutually agreed basis for each partner.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a corporate environment would be desirable.
  • Proven experience of ability to analyze data trends.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel (v-lookups, macros, Pivot Tables) and PowerBI.
  • Strong presentation skills.
