About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Car Finance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of service to our network partners, monitoring their performance levels, and assisting them when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our network partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Work closely with our Vehicle Finance Performance Managers to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our network partners.
  • Compile and analyze performance information on a regular basis, providing insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales or financial services role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
