Prospero Teaching is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Additional Learning Needs Educator to join our team in Hereford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional learning needs to achieve their academic goals.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality education to students with additional learning needs. A previous background in teaching or working with students with special needs is desirable, but not essential.

Key Tasks

  • Support students with additional learning needs in a 1:1 or small group setting
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans in collaboration with teachers and other support staff
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to process a new application)
  • Two professional child-related references
