About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our innovative software team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a key member of our technology department, you will be involved in the development of our Generative AI solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of our Generative AI solution according to business requirements.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
  • Complete complex bug fixes and resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to the planning efforts with analysis and estimation of proposed product work.
  • Participate in the culture of continuous improvement and contribute to the growth of our technology team.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide support and guidance at code level and perform code reviews.
  • Possess extensive experience in software engineering, including experience with DBMS, relational and non-relational databases.
  • Be able to train and mentor entry-level software engineers, with experience of doing this in a similar role.
  • Experience with GenAI/Large Language Models (LLM) and web development using Python.
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in software architecture, development best practices, and agile methodologies.
