Apprenticeship Program Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Apprenticeship Team at Norwich City College. As an Apprenticeship Program Supervisor - Farm Setting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our apprentices in their work environments. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbally and written, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A competitive salary of £26,489 - £28,269 per annum, plus benefits, is offered for this 37-hour per week, 52-week per year position. Travel around the county is required, so a vehicle and driving license are necessary. If you have experience working with learners or are willing to undertake coaching/mentoring training, we encourage you to apply.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working with apprentices and employers in the workplace
- Reviewing progress and addressing barriers to learning
- Liaising with the course delivery team to ensure achievement
- Traveling around the county to visit apprentices
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with learners or willingness to undertake coaching/mentoring training
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office
