Job Summary
As a Compliance Lead at Mundipharma, you will oversee the implementation of the global compliance hotline and investigations program. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure timely and appropriate responses to alleged misconduct, product diversion or illicit trade. You will also be responsible for driving initiatives to encourage a speak-up culture and reinforcing the company's commitment to non-retaliation.
About the Role
The Global Investigations and Counter-Diversion Lead is responsible for ensuring that Mundipharma responds promptly and appropriately to alleged misconduct, product diversion or illicit trade. This includes overseeing the investigations program, reviewing and enhancing templates and materials, communicating with management and stakeholders, and leading global speak-up initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting sensitive investigations, presenting to senior leaders, and working with external stakeholders such as law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the investigations program to ensure an appropriate and timely response to all allegations of misconduct.
  • Development, review, and enhancement of templates and materials to ensure investigations are conducted consistently.
  • Review, triage, and assignment of all concerns raised through the global hotline or direct to a line manager, Compliance lead, or other functional representative.
  • Communication with management and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates while respecting confidentiality, honoring anonymity requests, and protecting against retaliation.
  • Thorough investigation of all allegations, including root-cause analysis of any identified misconduct, to implement corrective and preventative measures where necessary.

Salary Estimate: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
