About the Role:

You will lead a team of Transaction Monitoring analysts responsible for detecting fraudulent activity, suspicious/illegal behaviors and patterns related to financial crime, which includes but is not limited to money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, bribery, corruption, terrorism financing, and cybercrime.

As a Financial Crime Training Leader, you will be responsible for conducting enhanced reviews of client transaction and/or behavioral activity detected by the automated transaction monitoring system, manual reports or internal referrals. Additionally, you will take a leading and/or guiding role in the strategic approach of a network to be investigated and support the team in planning and executing actions that will reduce the financial crime risks of network-related customers.

A Bachelor's Degree and extensive transaction monitoring experience on an investigative tool such as NetReveal, Mantas, Actimize/Fortent/Searchspace are required. Experience mentoring and training members of a team and ability to travel regionally, up to 15% are also necessary. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 per year.
